The packaging of Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Jamaica Rum
, something of a luxury offering in the world of Rum, has now been upgraded to include a metal canister (previously a cardboard tube) as part of the overall presentation. I mention it now, as you may be stuck for ideas when it comes to ideas for Father’s Day presents and assuming your budget will allow, you could do much worse than can consider a bottle for your dear old Dad!
On the ‘upgrade’, Andrea Conzonato, Chief Marketing Officer of Gruppo Campari comments: “This is an evolutionary upgrade which underpins Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Jamaica Rum’s luxury credentials. We felt that the packaging of this exceptional luxury rum from one of the world’s most respected rum distillers should include a proprietary canister”
Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Jamaica Rum is also presented in a proprietary decanter, the design of which was inspired by the Appleton Estate signature bottle that has been a hallmark of the brand since it was launched, and it is finished with a cork closure in keeping with its luxury credentials.
Each bottle of Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Jamaica Rum is numbered and also comes with a certificate of ageing signed by Master Blender Joy Spence to certify that the rums that make up the blend have been aged for a minimum of 21 years in oak barrels in keeping with Jamaica’s minimum age laws.
