Being a full time in rum allows me the privilege of being about to be involved in any number of different rum-projects. I spend my days as a:

...and all-round-rum-guy to the drinks industry and regular consumer alike! 

I've even bartended at a few cocktail pop-ups, and feel happy enough to wield a cocktail shaker in a semi-professional manner.
